All our hats are handmade-to-order so please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. If this is an urgent order please get in touch and we will try to accommodate your deadline. Once your item is made, we will ship it to you via Australia Post. Shipping and handling prices will be added at check-out, once posted you’ll receive a tracking number.

Shipping in Australia is $15.

Express shipping in Australia is $20.

International shipping is $40.

Pickup available for custom orders.

No refunds; refunds or returns on damaged goods to be made within 7 (seven) days of delivery/collection

Care Instructions

To maintain shape, colour and quality of the products, keep inside box with tissue paper in a cool, dry place. Avoid anything weighing down on product.
